Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1/2 cup oats


  • 1/2 cup wheat flour


  • 1/2 cup sugar


  • 1 banana


  • 1/4 tbsp vanilla essence


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • 4 tbsp butter


  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 1/4 cup Choco chips


  • 1/4 cup dried blueberries

Directions

  • first of all take the banana
  • Crush it or blend it properly
  • add the olive oil in it along with the butter and then mix properly
  • now it's time to add the coat and blend on one side
  • after that to add the oats and wheat flour along with the baking powder and baking soda
  • mix all the ingredients from one side to make the proper air
  • grease the cake moulds properly and then put all the mixture in it also put blueberries & chocochips in middle & over the mixture
  • after preheating the oven now put the cake mould in the oven for 45 minutes at the temperature of 180 degree
  • check the recipe through toothpick for knife putting inside whether it's properly cooked or not. And healthy oats cake is ready
